RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of 10 NBFCs

The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the following companies.

1. Paridhi Trading Company Pvt Ltd: Mumbai, Maharashtra

2. Progressive Securities Private Limited: Nardana, Maharashtra

3. Sanwa Finance Private Limited: Mumbai, Maharashtra

4. Sunflex Finance and Investments Limited: Mumbai, Maharashtra

5. Tirupati Holdings Limited: Mumbai, Maharashtra

6. Vasant Sanghavi Securities Private Limited: Mumbai, Maharashtra

7. Vivid Finance and Holdings Private Limited: Mumbai, Maharashtra

8. Variety Investments Pvt Ltd: Mumbai, Maharashtra

9. Sam Tul Investments Ltd: Mumbai, Maharashtra

10. Shreeramanjaneya Leasing and Finance P Ltd: Mumbai, Maharashtra

As such, the above companies shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
